Practice Management Consultant

Lead consultant on compliant team compensation incentive plans, leveraging best practices to balance interests of Financial Advisors and Enterprise while adhering to governance, risk, and regulatory standards. Serve as a trusted adviser between the Home Office, Field Supervision, and Financial Advisors to drive alignment on compensation strategies, develop and maintain policies and training resources, and support field growth. Provide independent feedback and guidance on advisor team member compensation plans, formulate recommendations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and move initiatives forward. Develop and present content to network offices and study groups, and assist the Design and Execution team in creating resources for the field. Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills to influence decisions, manage multiple projects, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
