Job Summary
The Practice Management Administrator (PMA) supports the Real Estate department’s Director of Practice Management and Department Chair with daily business operations, including personnel matter management, new matter approval, policy enforcement, revenue collection, budgeting, and training program implementation. Key responsibilities include overseeing monthly metrics related to productivity, managing new matter intake, and providing financial analyses. Candidates must exhibit a growth mindset, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate judgment and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ work experience in a law firm operations or related business roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Document Management is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
Additional Requirements
- Regular and predictable attendance is a core requirement of this position
- Ability to work beyond the standard scheduled hours, as needed
