Job Summary
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of roadway, highway, and municipal projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability. Develop strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand our multimodal roadway and highway planning and design practices in local and regional markets. Lead high-performing project teams, mentor junior staff, and implement innovative solutions to enhance project success. Requires 15+ years of experience in roadway/highway planning and engineering with a PE license preferred. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and potential for advancement to ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in areas of roadway/highway/complete street planning and engineering
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
- Proven track record of leading teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
