Job Summary
Lead the dyad with the Lead Physician to ensure patient accessibility, continuity of care, and optimal financial performance. Develop the operating practice budget, manage operational adjustments via Site Action Plans, and oversee Electronic Health Record implementation and maintenance. Partner with care management and billing teams to meet revenue cycle thresholds, ensuring accurate coding and timely charge posting. Provide comprehensive employee resource management, including scheduling, hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of healthcare leadership experience. This role supports Trinity Health's mission of compassionate, person-centered care across 27 states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of leadership experience
- Project management skills including the ability to implement program, project or process objectives, identify stakeholders and their interests, plan steps, coordinate and allocate human, technological and fiscal resources to accomplish goals and objectives in a resourceful yet timely manner
- Ability to develop, implement and administer budgets
