Job Summary
Executive-level Practice Leader for the Employee Benefits (EB) practice in the Pacific Region, responsible for retention and service targets, client stewardship, and strategic leadership. Leads the EB service team, collaborates with the EB Sales Leader, manages budgets and cross-functional initiatives, and drives growth through effective carrier/vendor relationships, program design, compliance, and market strategy. Partners with Commercial and Personal Lines, mentors staff, develops processes to optimize EB product delivery, and represents HUB in meetings and industry events. Requires deep knowledge of EB products, strong relationship management, and ability to translate client needs into value-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in employee benefits, human resources, healthcare, insurance, or related field
- College or University degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (CEBS, GBA, PHR, etc.) strongly preferred
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of supervisory or practice management experience
- Proven client service record in retaining business and improving cross-sell results
- Demonstrated financial statement and budget literacy; ability to manage P&L and communicate value to financially sophisticated clients
