Job Summary
Lead the GTA offering in Germany by developing the service portfolio, identifying market opportunities, and positioning ACT-ON as a partner for workforce management and personnel scheduling. Manage complex local and international client projects from analysis and concept to implementation, including organizational analysis, requirement structuring, solution scenario development, and system rollout. Advise clients on time and attendance management, shift planning, capacity forecasting, and integration with HR systems while overseeing change management and user training. Build and develop the German GTA team, foster knowledge transfer, and establish standards. Support business development by identifying client needs, creating proposals, and presenting solutions in pitches. Collaborate closely with experts in France, Belgium, and Switzerland to bring international methods to the German market.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der HR- oder HRIS-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Zeitwirtschaft, Workforce Management oder Personaleinsatzplanung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Beratungs- oder Implementierungsprojekte
- Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-, Zeitwirtschafts- und Planungsprozessen
- Erfahrung mit einer oder mehreren GTA- beziehungsweise Workforce-Management-Lösungen, beispielsweise ATOSS, UKG/Kronos, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ADP, Horoquartz, Kelio, Octime, Protime oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Erfahrung im Business Development, Pre-Sales oder beim Aufbau eines Beratungsangebots
- Ausgeprägte Leadership-Kompetenz und Freude an der Entwicklung von Teams
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, strategische Ziele in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
