Job Summary
Lead sales growth and profitability for the Life Sciences practice by executing Go-To-Market strategies, managing full P&L accountability, and developing robust account plans. Cultivate enduring partnerships with key decision-makers through on-site engagement and responsive service, while inspiring team development via coaching, training, and performance management. Orchestrate strategic initiatives to expand market presence, analyze target industries for pipeline growth, and oversee branch-level operations including financial processes, CRM utilization, and contractor selection. Develop short- and long-term budgets to support account management excellence and project fulfillment efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Sciences, Business Management, or a closely related field
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in leadership roles
- Experience in the staffing industry
- Experience within the Life Sciences industry
- Experience in Business Management sectors
- Experience in development and leadership of sales and fulfillment strategies
- Hands-on experience managing financial aspects of a practice
- Comprehensive P&L responsibilities
- Experience developing profitable growth strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, recruiting, and operations
