Practice Lead – Cloud Platforms (Azure & AWS)

Lead delivery of complex Cloud Managed Services contracts on AWS and Azure while managing a team of 15 to 20 DevOps and Cloud Engineers. Directly oversee service quality, SLA adherence, and P&L for multiple contracts, steering teams on platform management and development. Engage with customers tactically and strategically to guide scope, collaboration, and performance improvements. Drive practice growth by identifying expansion opportunities, shaping service propositions, and aligning technical trends like Kubernetes and OpenShift with delivery capabilities. Operate within Digital Platform Services, applying principles of security by design and continuous automation to ensure high-quality outcomes across European markets.
