Job Summary
Develop and implement integration strategies for cardiovascular practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Partner with brokers and practice leadership to identify new locations and lead buildouts of offices, satellite clinics, and ASCs. Manage integration projects including mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations, creating plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with directors, physicians, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth transitions and address concerns. Analyze workflows to identify improvements and implement changes that streamline operations. Develop and deliver training programs for staff adoption of new systems while monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for senior leadership. Ensure all integrated practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Project Management Certification (PMP), or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare
- Experience with a focus on cardiovascular services or a related specialty
- Proven track record in project management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- In-depth understanding of cardiovascular care and practices
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Knowledge of integration strategies and best practices
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
