Job Summary
Coordinate and lead data migration and system configuration from legacy PIMS to the ezyVet platform across multiple hospitals, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and post-go-live support; travel to hospitals during go-live; training and hyper care support; set up of ezyVet Central Structure to ensure consistent coding and service lists; collaborate with veterinary teams, IT staff, and software vendors to optimize workflows and meet business needs; emphasize data integrity and successful system adoption while supporting ongoing procurement-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Hospital Administrator or Veterinary Technician experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital
- Office 365; Excel, Word experience
- Experience presenting to medium size groups in a professional environment
- Veterinary Practice Management experience; ezyVet experience preferred
