Practice Group Manager

Job Summary
Develop, review, and collaborate on practice plans for Bankruptcy, Corporate Litigation, and Intellectual Property while managing national practices' content agendas, rankings strategies, and department intranet pages. Oversee practice group networking events, establish follow-up protocols, and transform legal expertise into digital content for web, social, email, and multimedia channels. Review department data to create pitch visuals, case studies, and infographics for RFP materials, and support matter experience collection for marketing lists. This exempt full-time role requires three days of on-site presence in Wilmington, DE, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience supporting legal practices, professional services operations, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships with MBD, attorneys, and business professionals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance from the firm's Wilmington, DE office
- Available to work on site three days per week
- Available to travel outside of Delaware to attend networking events
