Job Summary
Practice Group Manager role responsible for operational excellence and financial performance of LifeStance Health offices in Newport News, Suffolk, and Williamsburg. Directs and coaches office teams and clinicians, monitors workflow, performance indicators, and patient/clinician satisfaction, and ensures adherence to operational and clinical practices. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years (or 5+ years) of healthcare leadership experience; strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to manage performance, onboarding, and clinician engagement; and collaboration with operations, clinical, and medical leadership to drive service delivery and local referral growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage performance and engage staff
- Experience coordinating with clinical leadership and operations
