Job Summary
Manage the assigned practice group by monitoring workflow, financial performance, and key performance indicators to ensure offices meet established clinical, operational, and financial objectives. Coordinate daily operations, resolve facility issues, and implement standard operating procedures to drive service excellence. Directly manage team performance, oversee clinician onboarding and training, and support retention through regular engagement and mentorship. Partner with shared services and clinical leadership to optimize patient capacity, manage referral relationships, and resolve escalated patient complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of healthcare leadership
- 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds
