Practice Group Manager

The Practice Group Manager leads operational excellence across LifeStance Health offices, overseeing financial performance, workflow processes, clinician and patient satisfaction, and performance metrics to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives. Responsible for building and guiding a high-performing office team, onboarding and training clinicians and staff, managing capacity and clinician utilization, partnering with shared services, and driving clinician engagement and retention. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, reporting variances, developing action plans for under-performance, ensuring adherence to LFST SOPs, coordinating with Operations Directors and Clinical/Medical leadership, managing local referral relationships to increase patient access, and maintaining a positive culture across assigned offices. Education requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years (or 5+ years) of healthcare leadership experience; candidate should demonstrate strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train and mentor staff and clinicians. The role is on-site at multiple Ohio offices and involves collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality mental health services and efficient operations.
