Job Summary
On-site Practice Group Manager to direct coaching and support for team members and clinicians across two Oregon offices; monitor workflow, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance metrics; manage financial performance including revenue, center margin, and EBITDA targets; lead staff development, onboarding, and training; collaborate with the Operations Director and Clinical Leadership to ensure services align with LifeStance standards and objectives; oversee performance management, KPIs, and escalation of issues; ensure adherence to operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence and patient access to care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
