Practice Director - Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance & Engineering Management

Lead the Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance (SESA) and Engineering Management (EM) practice within AECOM’s Transportation Systems Practice. Drive work winning, client relationship management, and successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure projects. Build and lead a national team across varying experience levels, mentor and develop staff, and foster an inclusive culture. Own operational performance across cost, schedule, and quality targets; drive continuous improvement through client feedback and delivery metrics. Promote safety leadership, wellbeing, and sustainability metrics, coordinate national workshare and resource planning, and collaborate with multiple business lines and global geographies. Contribute to enterprise capability strategies, share knowledge, and support bids to grow Transportation growth across Europe and India, while embedding safety, quality, and innovation across projects.
