Job Summary
Manage clinical practice and administrative operations for a region, providing leadership to Practice Managers, Leads, Host Leads, and Care Navigators. Develop annual goals and practice management plans, ensuring all clinical, financial, and administrative metrics are captured and reported accurately. Implement standards of care and operations workflows while maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards. Partner with stakeholders to develop new lines of service, manage clinic financials including budget tracking, and identify growth strategies. Hire, coach, and develop leadership talent, optimize schedule coverage including PRN pool management, and conduct regular team meetings to achieve practice objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active nursing license
- 10+ years of clinical leadership experience
- Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members
- May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients
- Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, and/or MPH)
- Advanced training or certification in management of clinic operations
- Experience with primary care, physical medicine, coaching and other ancillary services
- Leadership skills and experience working in a highly collaborative, team environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Clinical background in delivering multi-site, multi-client health care services at scale
- Experience implementing successful change with large clinical teams
- Able to measure, analyze and report back key clinical data/information to patients, care teams, and client representatives
- Passionate about delivering best-in-class patient care experiences in an integrated patient-centered primary care model
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, flexible, innovative, efficient and focused on results/outcomes
- Sets the standard for personal integrity, honesty, teamwork, transparency, and accountability
