Job Summary
Own P&L responsibility for the Cloud & AI Platforms Practice Group, driving revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across Azure Migrate, Fabric Unified Data Platform, and Foundry AI. Set commercial strategy, shape service portfolios, and engage directly with customers and sellers to accelerate deal progression. Oversee delivery quality and customer outcomes for projects and managed services while developing Practice Leads and building a high-performance culture. Maintain a visible presence in the London office to influence practice growth and ensure offerings remain commercially relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in IT services/consulting
- Senior leadership of a practice or service line
- P&L responsibility or significant revenue/target ownership
- Deep understanding of Microsoft's Cloud, Data/AI, or Modern Workplace solutions
- Proven ability to drive sales pipeline
- Proven ability to oversee delivery quality
- Strong leadership track record
- Comfortable interfacing with executive stakeholders
- Front-line engagement with customers
- Proven collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and partners
- Strategic, entrepreneurial outlook
- Eager to run their own business within a larger context
- Motivated by building something and owning its success
- Open to leaving a larger, established company for a bigger role with more autonomy and impact
- Must be able to maintain a visible presence in the London office
