Job Summary
The Practice Development Manager at Allergan Aesthetics will manage customer relationships in the Seattle Area & Alaska, driving sales of body contouring products, providing training and marketing support, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. A Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- 2-4 years demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers is preferred
- Home office capability is required with reliable high-speed internet access
- Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Direct customer experience with the plastic surgeon and dermatology audience is preferred
- Experience with consumables selling is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management and/or large groups
- Knowledge of FDA GMPs
- High level of organization with regard to schedule management and follow-up skills
