Job Summary
The Practice Development Manager drives territory sales and utilization for AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics consumables, including planning and executing account-management activities, delivering training and demonstrations, educating customers on indications, contraindications, and safety, and supporting marketing and branding efforts. Responsibilities include achieving territory quotas, performing territory penetration and account identification, coordinating regional trainings and tradeshows, maintaining updated territory account profiles and Salesforce data, and traveling within the region with a home-office setup and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers (preferred)
- Direct customer experience with plastic surgery and dermatology audiences (preferred)
- Ability to travel to adequately cover the region (including multi-overnight stays)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and provide high level of customer service
