Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging inductions, workshops, and learning sessions while coaching and mentoring colleagues to develop confidence and professional practice. Facilitate reflective practice, observe service delivery to provide constructive feedback, and evaluate learning impact through audits and observation. Identify specific learning needs to develop practical interventions that improve service quality and support career progression. Work closely with managers and workplace mentors to create a culture of shared learning and mutual support. You will travel to other Belong locations when required to support organisational learning priorities. This role involves bringing our values to life by championing inclusive environments where every colleague feels valued. Required Qualifications
- Experience of coaching, mentoring or facilitating adult learning in care settings
- Experience within health and social care or a similarly regulated environment
- A strong understanding of reflective practice and performance development approaches
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams
- A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification
- The flexibility to work across evenings and occasional weekends and travel between Belong locations when required
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- A willingness to work towards a teaching, assessing or adult teaching qualification; holding one already is a plus
