Practice Coordinator: SLPG Float Pool

Coordinate operational tasks for the SLPG Float Team, including deploying resources to cover practice absences, training new hires, and acting as a liaison to ensure appropriate staffing. Oversee workflow execution, update employee schedules, and interpret metrics to maintain operational readiness. Provide coverage as a Medical Assistant when float resources are limited, which includes preparing patients for exams, maintaining clinical supplies, cleaning instruments, and administering injections. Conduct routine observations and coaching sessions across regions to support quality care and service delivery. Identify improvement opportunities for patient satisfaction and team growth.
