Practice Coordinator/RN

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day practice operations by coordinating provider schedules, staffing needs, and operational workflows while supporting Medical Directors and the Vice President of Operations. Communicate test results and follow-up instructions to patients under provider direction, assist with patient care coordination, and address routine clinical inquiries. Develop and maintain policies and procedures, monitor provider licensure and certifications, and collaborate with coding, billing, and administrative teams to ensure efficient practice operations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and company policies. Participate in quality improvement and utilization management initiatives, assist with audits and accreditation activities, and support efforts to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare leadership, practice management, or coordinator role
- Experience working in a hospital-based physician practice, clinic, or medical office setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing physician practices or healthcare operations
- Knowledge of coding, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Experience with utilization management and quality improvement initiatives
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience, including staff training and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
