Job Summary
Practice Coordinator Float provides primary support to physicians/physician assistants, coordinates and schedules appointments, verifies insurance eligibility/authorizations, handles patient registrations, and covers staffing gaps across NWOS locations. Travel between NWOS offices is frequent; position based at the Down Town Clinic with travel to other locations as needed. Monday–Friday day shift with no nights, weekends, or major holidays. Benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous Medical Office experience preferred, but not required
- Graduated from an accredited medical office program preferred, but not required
