Job Summary
Dual-role position combining clinical support and front desk duties in an Interventional Pain Management and Spine clinic. Responsibilities include assisting physical therapists with exercise programs, transporting patients, preparing treatment areas, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, answering phones, and keeping the clinic clean and patient-focused. Preferred experience: 2+ years in customer service, 1 year of medical terminology; required: check-in/check-out experience and familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Phreesia; insurance verification helpful. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Education: high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Mandatory background in a medical office or facility setting.
- Skills: 2+ years of customer service and computer skills; 1 year of medical terminology (preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Check-in/Check Out experience is required. Knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW), Phreesia, and insurance verification is highly helpful.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
