Practice Consultant Senior

Job Summary
Senior Practice Consultant will design and enhance the practice offering to support client requirements, strategic development, and market opportunities; serve as a pre-sales support specialist, consult with sales and clients on strategic technology projects within the practice area, and mentor resources to grow practice knowledge. The role involves collaborating with product management, development, and senior management, designing engagement projects, delivering proposals or statements of work, traveling to client sites, and maintaining high-quality client relationships to drive referrals and satisfaction. Requires a bachelor’s degree and experience with Systematics or Profile, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to persuade and influence client decisions in the financial services/fintech domain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related discipline (or equivalent education/experience)
- Experience with Systematics or Profile in a technical or business role
- Excellent organization, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related practice specialty
- Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication across management levels
- Ability to travel 5-10% as needed
- Proven success in building relationships and influencing others
- Ability to develop proposals and statements of work, negotiate pricing, and deliver client presentations
- Mentor and develop resources to grow practice knowledge
- Defined consulting engagements to support client relationships
