Job Summary
Lead and expand the Aviation practice in San Antonio by managing relationships with key clients and reviewing design documents for airside and landside projects. Prepare analysis reports supporting airport planning, design, and construction while operating with integrity and sound business principles. Provide vision, business planning, and strategy to establish goals and build positive client relationships through open communication with partners and team members. Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and mentor personnel to grow the business. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
