Job Summary
Lead and expand the Aviation practice in Pearland, Texas by building relationships with key clients and managing projects profitably. Review design documents and drawings for airside and landside projects, including grading, drainage, pavement design, and construction safety plans. Prepare analysis reports supporting airport planning, design, and construction while establishing goals and providing business planning and strategy. Operate with integrity, maintain positive client relationships, and mentor staff to transition work effectively. Enjoy autonomy, an impressive bonus program, and potential advancement to ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
