Lead and expand the Aviation practice in Austin by building relationships with key clients, reviewing design documents for airside and landside projects, and preparing analysis reports for airport planning and construction. Manage projects profitably while establishing goals, providing business strategy, and mentoring staff to transition work effectively. Operate with integrity, maintain open communication with partners, and direct resources in a positive manner. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
