Job Summary
Practice Assistant supports the Firm's Office Operations and client-facing services by managing lawyer calendars, coordinating domestic/international travel, preparing documents and travel packs, handling confidential materials, and coordinating administrative matters for the attorney team. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work with limited supervision, with duties including document proofreading/editing, billing and expense reports, filing, scheduling meetings, and facilitating logistics for hearings. The position emphasizes discretion, proactivity, and collaboration within the Firm.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of law firm or professional services experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with standard software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) to produce reports and documents
