Job Summary

Manage both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under minimal supervision. Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office, including making patient appointments, maintaining appointment records, assisting callers with routine inquiries, and processing patient billing forms. Act as a "Super User" for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, providing assistance and training to others while performing complex functions such as surgical scheduling and schedule changes. Provide functional guidance to Office and Practice Assistants and oversee daily activities of practice staff in conjunction with the Supervisor. Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results, and may be required to accept co-payments. Requires high school diploma, 3-5 years of office experience, and advanced MS Office skills. Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, onsite or hybrid.
