Job Summary
Assess and treat a wide range of urogynecology conditions including office-based procedures, vaginal surgery, and minimally invasive surgical care. Provide evidence-based in-office and surgical care within a group of 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Mentor and teach residents and fellows who routinely rotate through the service. Participate in an outreach program serving 15 community sites and operating across 6 facilities. Maintain a call schedule primarily related to back-up for fellows, consisting of about 4-5 weekends per year and 1-2 weekdays per month. Engage in extensive research opportunities in all areas of urogynecology.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship trained
- Board certified/eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
- Keen knowledge of diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical options for female urinary incontinence
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced laparoscopic/robotic surgical skills
