Job Summary
Provide anesthesia care at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, specializing in pediatric, acute pain, liver transplant, and cardiac cases. Manage daylight coverage from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with in-house call from 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM and beeper call from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists under a 2:1 concurrency target within a team of 40 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs. Required Qualifications
- board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology
- fellowship-trained in pediatric anesthesiology
- unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
