Job Summary
The Practice Administrator will manage and operate medical practices across one or more specialty sites, providing resources to clinical staff and meeting financial objectives. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing goals, policies, and systems for all operational areas; developing long-range plans; managing daily operations with budget analysis; overseeing HR, compensation, benefits, and payroll; staff training and supervision; resolving administrative problems; ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the Office Compliance manual; data gathering and reporting for fiscal/statistical analysis; coordinating with medical staff to ensure quality patient care; liaising with the Corporate Office; assisting in strategic planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and maintaining current patient records with strict confidentiality; performing other duties as assigned; and leveraging Microsoft Office and practice management software to support operations. Salary range $90,000-$105,000 annually. Location: Setauket, NY (US).
