Practice Administrator - Multi Site Operations Leader

Oversee daily practice operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient workflows, strict regulatory compliance, and clinical quality assurance. Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a high-performance culture while serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries. Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop business plans, manage budgets, and oversee equipment procurement, IT, and EMR system health. Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, and Billing to ensure seamless cross-functional processes and manage multi-site physician schedules. Requires a 4-year degree, minimum one year in healthcare management, and proficiency with Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems. Located in Prince George and Montgomery counties.
