Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for clinic office locations, including optical, clinical, and surgical functions. Identify procedural changes, relay provider issues, and ensure key performance indicators are met across departments. Oversee Clinical Technician Managers, troubleshoot patient care and scheduling issues, and develop standard operating procedures for efficient clinic flow. Manage Office Managers, handle front-end revenue cycle responsibilities, and conduct monthly manager meetings. Partner with Regional Human Resources to manage staff training, ensure timesheet authorization and payroll reporting, and maintain compliance with policies and facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of multi-site clinical management experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive performance improvement
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong financial aptitude with experience managing a P&L
- Rational and analytical approach with a friendly disposition
- Ability to work beyond the normal hours, as needed (including potential weekends)
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software, new systems, adapt to change and communicate effectively
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames
- Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
- Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
