Job Summary
Support project teams and Practice leadership with administrative operations from mobilisation through close down. Maintain accurate project data in Dynamics, coordinate documentation and compliance requests, and assist with monthly invoicing and procurement. Lead recurring collection of information for client reporting and prepare bid proposals, capability statements, and consultant CVs. Coordinate travel logistics, meeting agendas, and actions while managing resource planning and operational reporting. Maintain high standards of data accuracy across Practice systems and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
