Job Summary
Lead and oversee clinical operations and practice administration for the St. Petersburg area office, ensuring continuity of efficient daily workflows and adherence to OSHA, ACHA, and regulatory requirements. Identify staffing gaps, train personnel to supervise operations during absences, and facilitate cross-training across roles to support unforeseen reductions. Manage inventory of medical supplies, medications, and injectables while overseeing equipment replacement, repairs, and procurement through approved vendors. Provide oversight for authorizations, verifications, and surgical scheduling, and ensure timely patient and Central Business Office communications. Perform annual employee appraisals, manage time and attendance, and serve as financial custodian for daily bank deposits and invoice approvals. Monitor practice-specific KPIs, participate in key initiatives as a Project Manager, and meet regularly with Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree
- At least three years of prior Medical experience
- At least five years of business experience in a closely related field or closely related role
- At least two years of prior Management experience
- Prior experience with electronic health records
