Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of a surgical office, oversee staff management and scheduling, and partner with surgeons and Allied OMS on strategic and financial initiatives to optimize patient flow, provider productivity, and patient care. Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, manage patient records and office standards, supervise facilities, supplies, and IT/practice management systems, monitor KPIs related to financial performance and operational efficiency, drive marketing and patient acquisition/retention, and serve as the primary operational liaison among Allied OMS, surgeons, and staff. Requires 3–5 years of medical/dental office management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a medical or dental office, including management experience and direct interaction with physicians
