Job Summary
Analyze production and material flows to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas. Collaborate on implementing Lean Manufacturing process enhancements and support work organization, layouts, and production methods. Develop simple automation tools and perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or Python under supervision. Partner with plant teams on continuous improvement initiatives to gain real-world production experience. All activities occur under the guidance of a dedicated tutor. The role offers morning hours with flexibility and the potential for full-time conversion after completion.
Required Qualifications
- Estar cursando grado en Ingeniería Organización Industrial, Ingeniería de Fabricación, Ingeniería en Tecnología Industriales, Ingeniería Mecánica o máster relacionado
- Interés en la organización de plantas productivas, flujos de trabajo y material
- conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Valorable tener conocimientos en programación con Python
- Deseable conocimientos en SAP
- Se valorará también el uso y programación en Excel o Power BI
- Interés por aprender
