Map processes using SIPOC, BPMN, and VSM while documenting lab workflows and assisting with BRD/FRD creation. Recruit, clean, and analyze environmental data to build Pareto, Ishikawa, and 5 Why's diagrams, supporting statistical process control and basic correlation analysis. Digitize inspections and QA/QC records through Power Apps and UAT testing, then document incidents. Construct and maintain intermediate-level Power BI dashboards, analyze data with Python and R, and model datasets using Power Query and DAX. Update procedures, support internal training, and document lessons learned. Requires an Environmental or Systems Engineering degree and proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and statistical tools.
