Support the production supervisor in developing production plans and programs. Plan, organize, and oversee collaborator activities in alignment with company directives and procedures. Generate statistics on production output, subproduct consumption, and internal client supplies. Prepare and track required reports for management presentations. Maintain and monitor the company's management system procedures. The role requires a Chemistry Engineering graduate residing in Huaura, Huacho, or nearby areas. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project is necessary, along with knowledge of process control, unit operations, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics. Six months of pre-professional internships are desirable, as is inventory management and SAP user-level experience.
