Job Summary
Support invoice submission to clients via portals, email, or other channels by verifying client data and attachments before sending. Register shipping evidence including emails, portals, and receipts, then track sent invoices and report rejections or errors to the responsible analyst. Organize and control billing documentation while adhering to established guidelines, SLAs, and internal compliance policies. Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure correct documentation registration.
Required Qualifications
- Egresados de Contabilidad, Administración/Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniero Industrial o similar/ Universitario/ Tecnico
- 01 año de experiencia en funciones similares
- Conocimientos en envio de facturas de portales
- Organizado y paciente
- Cumplir con el Reglamento Interno, Código de Integridad y políticas de Compliance de la compañía
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la información
- Asegurar el correcto registro y orden de la documentación
- Cumplir con los lineamientos y SLA establecidos en el proceso
