Practicante Ingenieria

Develop and update work instructions, technical procedures, and documentation. Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing tools. Support the implementation and validation of new processes, equipment, or products. Perform time and motion studies to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in solving production issues through root cause analysis. This entry-level position is exclusively for students in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related engineering programs under UACJ or UTCJ agreements. Candidates must have basic experience in the maquiladora industry, proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and intermediate English skills. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication, and initiative to resolve problems.
