Job Summary
Map current information handling processes, including physical documentation and records. Solicit, collect, and validate data for system entry. Prepare, standardize, and capture information for employee registration and updates. Conduct follow-up meetings with relevant areas to review progress, agreements, and pending items. Execute pilot tests of the system to validate functionality before implementation. Identify, document, and track incidents or errors detected during testing. Support the implementation of an automated tool to optimize personnel documentation and enhance data reliability for internal clients. Requires active student status in Systems Engineering or related fields, fluent intermediate-to-advanced English, and a minimum one-year internship commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Ser ESTUDIANTE ACTIVO de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software, Automatización o afin.
- Contar con Seguro Facultativo Vigente.
- Disponibilidad de horario 7:30 am a 4:30 pm.
- Disponibilidad de dar prácticas por un periodo minimo de 1 año.
- Proactividad, orden y excelente atención al detalle.
- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
