PRACTICANTE DE OPERACIONES

Track daily and weekly installation schedules, monitor work order statuses, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely activity closure. Update internal databases, manage photographic evidence, and organize client and equipment files while maintaining operational indicators. Support logistics by coordinating material availability, shipments, and expense reimbursements, plus follow up on preventive and corrective unit maintenance. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, track performance metrics, and escalate incidents to the Operations Coordinator. Maintain communication with internal teams from Sales and Warehouse to gather service information and request support.
