Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and report quality data while supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues, and help prepare work instructions and control plans. Assist in conducting internal audits and inspections, then collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems. Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency. This part-time, fixed-term trainee role supports our global Quality department, offering students and recent graduates practical experience in a manufacturing environment focused on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field) or a recent graduate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus
