Job Summary
Receive physical invoices from management after they are entered into the Wansoft sales system and validate that system data matches the document details regarding provider, products, quantities, prices, and area. Review each invoice for the corresponding operational area signature or stamp, then maintain organized physical or digital files by week and provider. Keep a weekly log recording the date, provider, cost type, subtotal, IVA, and total.
Required Qualifications
- Ser estudiante a partir de 7° semestre en adelante
- Carreras: ADMINISTRACIÓN, CONTABILIDAD, GASTRONOMIA
- Conocimiento básico en Facturación
- Excel Intermedio
- INGLES INTERMEDIO
- Actitud servicio
- Ubicación: Mol del Valle, Col. Del Valle, San Pedro Garza Garcia
- Horario: LUNES A VIERNES 9:00am - 3:00pm (con 45 minutos de break)
Desired Qualifications
- Deseable contar con vehículo
- Preferente vivir en San Pedro o sin dificultades de traslado
