Job Summary
Provide person-centered care to seniors across our continuum of services. Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and document accurately in the EMR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support quality outcomes, safety, and resident dignity. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license or equivalent certification (LPN)
- EMR documentation experience
