Job Summary
Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from the ground up, including Business Units, user roles, permissions, and Sender Authentication Package. Set up core Studios and Builders, design data models, and establish deliverability best practices for a banking client. Build responsive email templates, configure segmentation using SQL and AMPscript, and deploy multi-step customer journeys. Operate the platform jointly with the client's team, running day-to-day campaign execution and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on subscriber management and consent in line with banking regulations, while delivering structured knowledge transfer to progressively shift operational ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience implementing and operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud in enterprise environments
- Strong command of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, authentication, and data model design
- Experience working with sensitive customer data and awareness of privacy and compliance requirements, ideally in banking or financial services
- Advanced English Level
- Effective communication in English
